The UK’s leading cable management supplier, Univolt, has made two key appointments to the firms growing national sales team.
Saahil Kalia and Corrie Crook have joined Univolt as National Sales Managers, for the Midlands and Yorkshire; and South West respectively.
Saahil brings extensive experience, insight and knowledge to his new role having worked as part of a number of national sales teams, within the electrical products industry.
Saahil commented: “Univolt is very much a business to watch and is really consolidating its position within the UK. They are a fast paced operation and are exciting in terms of their continued drive, diversification and clear vision. When the opportunity arose, I felt it would-be the perfect for me and I’m delighted to be offered this role.
“I have strong contacts throughout the area of which I’m responsible for, and look forward to elevating the brand awareness of the Univolt range to new audiences. I already feel very much part of the team, and together with my colleagues, am keen to help elevate the business to the next level.
Corrie Crook is responsible for the South-West region. New to the electrical industry, Corrie does, however, own significant managerial and customer relation experience. He said: “Whilst this is new territory for me in terms of sector, my years of management experience has given me fully transferable skills, and my focus here at Univolt is to build and maintain effective relationships, both old and new.
“I’m keen to establish Univolt as the go-to supplier for cable management systems in the South West region. Additionally, I aspire to drive sales growth, contributing to the company's strategic goals, and enhancing our market presence through exceptional customer service.”
David Mattin, Managing Director of Univolt added: “I’m really pleased to welcome both Saahil and Corrie to the company. Whilst their background and experience is very different, they do have a shared passion and commitment to the business. They are both incredibly driven and hardworking individuals who I’m sure will each make a positive contribution to the company.
“Our business continues to grow and expand, and in order to continue to make this successful, we must take on the right people, with the right insight and approach – attributes which I believe both our new recruits own.”
